Acton Man Arrested for 2nd Time in 4 Months

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Acton Police Department on July 24 regarding a trespasser resulted in the arrest of a local man.

Officers were dispatched to Parker Street just after 10:30 a.m.

After arriving and completing an investigation, officers arrested Paul Joseph Rigoli, 19, of 46 Parker St and charged him with:

  • Assault (two counts);
  • Malicious destruction of property more than $250.
The investigation also showed Rigoli had a warrant out for his arrest from the Arlington Police Department.

The charges in the warrant were:
  • Larceny (three counts);
  • Larceny (one count);
  • Forgery (three counts);
  • Larceny (six counts).

He was scheduled to be arraigned later in the day at Concord District Court.

Rigoli was also arrested in March on multiple charges, including breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony.
