Acton Man Faces 2 OUI Charges in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Several 911 calls to the Sudbury Police Department on Wednesday regarding an erratic driver resulted in the arrest of an Acton man.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, the responding officer pulled over Brian Gargone, 24, of 280 Arlington St., Apt. 1L, on Hampshire Street at about 5:10 p.m.

After an investigation was completed, Garone was arrested and charged with:

  • operating under the influence of alcohol;
  • operating under the influence of drugs.

Grady said there was evidence of both alcohol and marijuana in the car.

Gargone was released at 9:30 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Thursday.

How come we know Brian Gargone's name but not the driver of the ice breaker on Willis Lake, oh I know why Brian is from Acton

He has 2 counts of OUI because 1 was for alcohol the other was for pot, it was fairly easy to figure that out by reading the whole article

Brian Gargone has 2 oui's,& prior cocaine arrests ( etc etc)... & he's only 24? Brian Gargone is clearly a winner. Not failing at life one bit. Exhibit A as to what's going wrong with our nation.
