Acton Man Faces Drug Charge in New Hampshire
The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
Brett Warniers, 21, of Acton, Mass., was arrested on Interstate 95 in North Hampton, N.H., and charged with possession of a controlled drug, according to Fosters.com.
The following was supplied by the Acton Police Department on Feb. 22:
- A larceny was reported on Powdermill Road.
- Officers responded to Great Road for a report of a disturbance. The reporting party said he was having an issue with the homeowner. Responding officer reported it was an argument between two friends and would be resolved another day.
- A person walked in to the PD lobby to report his car was broken into and items were allegedly stolen.
- An officer was dispatched to Central Street for a report of a white dog running the street. The area was checked by the dog was not found.
