Acton Police Identifying Jewelry Stolen During Summer Spree

Police say an Acton man stole the jewelry pictured here during the months of July, August and September.

Now, more than a month later, charges have been filed against Mark L. Gionet, and police are in the process of identifying the treasure trove of jewelry he allegedly stole from multiple homes on Strawberry Hill and Taylor roads. 

According to Acton PD, charges were filed at Concord District court against Gionet, 40, of 18E Strawberry Hill Road Apt. 12, including three counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and one count of receiving stolen property under $250 -- subsequent offense.

The jewelry recovered, which you can see pictured above, has been identified as being stolen from four residences on Strawberry Hill and Taylor roads during the months of July, August and September, police said.
