Acton Son Arrested on Domestic Charge Against Mother
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Acton Police Department on Aug. 15 regarding a domestic dispute resulted in the arrest of a local resident.
Just after 5 p.m., officers responded to Central Street to investigate a report of a domestic problem between a mother and her son.
After responding officers completed the investigation, Joseph Max Kistner, 19, of 110 Central St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
He was scheduled to be arraigned at Concord District Court on Aug. 16.
The arresting officer was Michael Cogan.
