Domestic Problems, Threatening People and More From the Acton Police Log

The following information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

The Acton Police Department was dispatched to Great Road on Dec. 6 after receiving a report of a domestic problem.

At 6:27 p.m., a person called to report a fight inside a Great Road store.

After officers arrived and investigated, it was deemed the argument was verbal only.

Both parties signed forms and were explained their rights.

  • Officers responded to a call from a female who said she was having problems with her husband.
  • Officers were dispatched to Parker Street for an ongoing child custody issue. The reporting party just wanted a well-being check on the child after not speaking with her all day. The child was at the father's apartment and no problems were found.
  • A person on Great Road reported being harassed. A clerk on the scene said there was a misunderstanding over cigarettes.
