Florida Woman Accused of Stealing from Staples in Acton

The following is an unedited press release from the Acton Police Department:
On August 1st a Detective from Acton Police Department and a Middlesex County Deputy Sheriff brought a prisoner back from Florida after she waived extradition.
Kathryn L. Copeland 44yrs old of 9429 Star Gazer Lane in Riverview Florida, was indicted for Larceny over $250 from her former employer in Acton Mass.
It is alleged that she was purchasing electronics and other items using the company account at Staples and then selling the items, a majority of them on Ebay. The approximate value is estimated to be just under $100,000.
She was held overnight in Acton and brought to Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn for arraignment.
