Hudson Man Faces Multiple Assault Charges in Acton
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Acton Police Department on Aug. 12 regarding a domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a Hudson man.
The domestic call was retrieved at about 6:50 p.m. and emergency personnel were dispatched to 85 Hosmer St., Apt. C6.
One person at the scene refused medical attention.
After responding police officers completed an investigation, Shawn E. Kerivan, 35, of 10 West Ave., was arrested and charged with:
- Assault and battery;
- Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Kerivan was scheduled to be arraigned at Concord District Court on Aug. 13.
The arresting officer was Kevin Heffernan.
