Lancaster Man Faces Felony Charges in Acton
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Acton Police Department on Jan. 27 regarding a domestic issued resulted in the arrest of a Lancaster man.
Responding officers were dispatched to Piper Lane at about 5:15 p.m.
After an investigation was completed, Mark E. Reguera, 49, of 223 Old Common Road, was arrested.

Reguera is charged with:
- Assault and battery;
- Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon;
- Breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony;
- Threatening to commit a crime.
The arresting officer was Ana Dapkas.
