Local Man Faces Domestic Charge in Acton
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Acton Police Department on July 18 regarding a domestic dispute resulted in the arrest of a local resident.
A few minutes after 10:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to a Great Road residence after a caller reported her husband hit her with his hand and left the apartment.
Acton police notified the Littleton and Concord police departments.
Emergency personnel responded to the Great Road residence to tend to the alleged victim.
Acton officers stopped the husband, Alexander Starosielski, 24, of 209C Great Road, Apartment 9, at 11:13 p.m..
At that time, the alleged victim was transported to Emerson Hospital.
After an investigation was completed, Starosielski was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
He was arraigned at Concord District Court on July 19.
The arresting officer was Douglas Mahoney.
