Police Charge Second Man in West Acton Break-Ins

A Boxborough man has also been charged.

A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of break-ins at homes in West Acton over the past few months, police said.

Sheridan Bond, 25, of 140 Swanson Court, Boxborough, was arrested on a warrant out of Framingham District Court and charged with breaking and entering during the daytime with the intent to commit a felony, and larceny from a building, according to a press release from the Acton Police Dept.

Police arrested Jonathan Lemay earlier this month, also in connection with the house breaks. The investigation into Lemay led police to search Bond's home and car, where numerous items believed to be taken in the break-ins were recovered.

Detectives from Acton, Boxborough, Sudbury, Concord, Lynn and other towns cooperated in the investigation, according to the press release.
