Police Log: A Car Keyed, an OUI Arrest and a Panic Alarm

Thursday, Oct. 31
9:37 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a car being keyed on Main Street.
10:10 a.m. – Police responded to assist Concord on a reported motor vehicle accident with injuries on Route 2 eastbound by Emerson Hospital.

10:21 a.m. – A residential panic alarm activated on Wheeler Lane. It was confirmed as accidental by a homeowner.
11:19 a.m. – Police responded to a 911 call from Discovery Way. It was confirmed as accidental.

1:18 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle hitting the sign out in front of McDonald’s on Great Road.
1:15 p.m. – A call came in reporting people throwing trash in a dumpster on Craig Road.
3:01 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle into a pole on Great Road.
4:56 p.m. – A minor motor vehicle accident was reported on High Street.
6:45 p.m. – Police responded to a report of fraud on Iris Court.
8:23 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, Kim Fiore, 53, of 16 Captain Hundley Road, Acton, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.
9:01 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a disabled motor vehicle on School Street.
