Police Log: ATM Alarms, an OUI Arrest and More
The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Aug. 30
12:36 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop, Susan A. Boudreau, 52, of 59 Spencer Circle, Groton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger.
7:26 a.m. – An alarm activation came in from Trask Road, which was reported to be an accidental activation.

10:05 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a motorcycle license plate lost on Route 2 somewhere between Acton and Concord. State Police were notified as well.
10:20 a.m. – Police responded to a report of an illegally parked motor vehicle on Davis Road.

11:13 a.m. – Police responded to a report of drugs being planted in a vehicle on Great Road.
12:16 p.m. – A 911 call came in from Great Road, which was confirmed as accidental.
4:05 p.m. – Police responded to a report of fraud on High Street.
5:18 p.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation at the ATM inside of Donelan’s Supermarket.
6:31 p.m. – A downed tree was reportedly blocking the roadway on Parker Street. The tree was removed, according to the log entry.
7:08 p.m. – Police responded to Mass Ave, where a resident reported people were possibly on his roof. Officers checked the area, but no one was found.
8:17 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident on Church Street.
