Police Log: Illegal Dumping, Property Damage and an Arrest for A-and-B
The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Jan. 9
12:46 a.m. – A woman reported a hit-and-run damaged her vehicle at Nagog Square.
8:23 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle behind Bank of America on Great Road. The responding officers checked both BoA locations, and found no issues.

1:18 p.m. – Police responded to a report of illegal dumping on Mass Ave.
1:24 p.m. – A Robbins Street resident reported malicious destruction to her property.

3:52 p.m. – A 011 hangup came in from Strawberry Hill Road. It was confirmed as an accidental call made by children playing with the phone.
5:06 p.m. – Police responded to Central Street for a report of a truck on the railroad tracks. The vehicle belonged to train workers.
6:18 p.m. – A Notre Dame Road resident reported receiving annoying phone calls.
6:30 p.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on Mass Ave. The responding officer assisted with paperwork.
6:46 p.m. – Police responded to Hosmer Street for a reported verbal domestic.
6:49 p.m. – A motor vehicle accident with no injuries was reported on Main Street.
11:12 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic on Maple Street. As a result, Geoffrey E. Corbeil, 24, of Maple St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
