Police Log: Neighbor Disputes Over Hunting, Friends Don't Let Friends Drive without Permission

Saturday, Nov. 9
12:06 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a vehicle operating erratically down Great Road before pulling into a parking lot. The responding officer reported the vehicle was no longer in the area.
1:14 p.m. – A person game into the station to drop off two bags of property that belonged to someone else.

5:39 p.m. – A man came into the station to complain about an issue with a Conant Street resident, whose neighbor had given the man permission to hunt on the property.
8:40 p.m. – An erratic motor vehicle was reported on Main Street.

Sunday, Nov. 10
12:44 a.m. – Police responded to a basement alarm activation on Great Road. The responding officer reported the property checked secure.
3:28 a.m. – Police spoke with an Avalon Drive resident about a reported problem with her neighbor.
6:58 a.m. – An abandoned 911 call came in from Strawberry Hill Road. The responders gained entry to the apartment, where a resident reported an ongoing issue with her neighbor.
12:27 p.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation coming from an entry door on Main Street. The alarm was confirmed as accidental and the property checked secure.
2:11 p.m. – Police took a larceny report from an alleged victim who came into the lobby.
8:09 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident on Parker Street, where a vehicle crashed into a pole.
11:52 p.m. – Police responded to Powdermill Road, where the employee of a business reported a co-worker’s vehicle had been taken by friends without permission.
