Police Log: Reports of Kids in the Liquor Cabinet, a Domestic Arrest and More
The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, Dec. 11
11:19 a.m. – Police responded to Main Street for a report of a generator on fire. It was extinguished.
12:58 p.m. – Police responded to Mass Ave for a report of kids breaking into a liquor cabinet. The responding officer reported there were no problems at the residence.

2:22 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a disabled motor vehicle on Concord Road. It was gone on arrival.
3:42 p.m. – A report of larceny came in from Mass Ave.

4:19 p.m. – Police responded to a reported dispute between a homeowner and contractor on Summer Street.
4:34 p.m. – An erratic motor vehicle was reported on Knowlton Drive.
5:41 p.m. – Erratic operation of a motor vehicle was reported on School Street.
5:51 p.m. – A disabled motor vehicle was reported on Mass Ave.
8:40 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic on Foster Street. As a result, Vanetta M. Hunter, 77, of 3 Foster St., Acton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
11:39 p.m. – Police responded to a reported dog problem on Massachusetts Avenue.
