Police Log: Threats, a Domestic Issue and an Arrest

The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Jan. 13

9:56 a.m. – Police responded to Grist Mill Road with a warrant of apprehension, and then transported a person to Concord District Court.

2:03 p.m. – Police responded to a threat report on Parker Street.

9:29 p.m. – A 911 hang-up came in from Lothrop Road. The responding officer confirmed it was accidental.

10:50 p.m. – Police responded to Concord Road for a report of suspicious activity. It turned out to be a medical, and a person was transported to Emerson Hospital.

Tuesday, Jan. 14

10:22 a.m. – Police responded to Main Street and took a larceny report.

2:35 p.m. – A School Street resident came into the station to speak with an office regarding his neighbors’ aggressive dog.

3:08 p.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on Prospect Street.

4 p.m. – A Great Road resident came into the station to speak with an officer regarding a domestic issue.

5:27 p.m. – Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Main Street, where a woman reportedly had been sitting in a car for an extended period of time. The responding officer spoke with the woman, and reported there were no issues.

6:28 p.m. – Officers spoke with a man regarding a “no trespass” order on Discovery Way.

7:53 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Great Road, Diego M. Cardona, 32, of Arlington St., Apt. 3, Revere, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with his license suspended and number plate violation.
