Police Log: Trespassing, Accidents and Suspicious Activity

Thursday, Jan. 16
10:44 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a low-hanging wire on Central Street.
10:49 a.m. –An Esterbrook Road resident reported a light blue sedan pulled into the driveway and then the driveway went to the front door and opened it, before leaving in a hurry.

11:14 a.m. – Police responded to a report of larceny by check on Great Road.
1:43 p.m. – Police responded to a reported lock out on Squirrel Hill Road. Entry was gained with no damage.

2:13 p.m. – A dump truck was reportedly parked on the side of the road, causing a traffic hazard on Great Road. The responding officer reported it was a Highway vehicle filling potholes.
3:32 p.m. – Companies were called to a motor vehicle accident with personal injury on Main Street. AFD cleared with a patient refusal.
5:03 p.m. – Police responded to Mohegan Road to speak with a man regarding possible suspicious activity.
5:58 p.m. – The director of the United Way reported a trespasser on Mass Ave.
