Sexual Assault, Swearing Neighbors and More From the Acton Police Log

The following information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

The following was reported by the Acton Police Department on Feb. 6:

  • A motorist had his car towed for having expired plates. Operator was given a ride to Daycare Center on Central Street.
  • Officers were dispatched to Nashoba Road to check on a white sedan occupied by two males. Car was gone when officers arrived.
  • An anonymous person walked into the PD lobby to report a suspicious male had been coming around her work early in the mornings.
  • A person on Charter Road reported a sexual assault. No other information was made available.
  • A caller on Hosmer Street reported that his neighbor had been yelling and swearing at him. Responding officers reported the suspect just had a resident yell at her but that she does not know which one.
