Young Acton Woman Charged with Home Larceny, Again

, 24, of 8 Fairway Road, Acton, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime with the intent to commit a felony and larceny from building.
On Aug. 8th, police received a report about a home robbery on Liberty Street, where several items of jewelry were stolen. With a detailed description of the jewelry from the victim, police checked local pawn shops and found the jewelry. Eldred was believed to be the suspect and a search warrant was obtained. Additional stolen jewelry was found during the search.

On April 17, 2012, an Acton resident reported missing items from her home and unauthorized purchases appearing on one of her credit card statements. A police investigation and a subsequent search warrant lead to Eldred as a suspect. According to the report, "[Eldred allegedly] used her position with a local residential pet care business to access the home and steal the victim’s property."
She was charged with larceny from a building, larceny over $250.00, credit card fraud under $250.00 (3 counts), and Identity Fraud.
