What is the New Tax Rate for Acton?

According to the Town of Acton assessor's officer, the 2013 tax rate for both residential and commericial is $19.10 per $1,000 valuation.
The rate was set last month.
In FY12, residents paid $18.55 per $1,000, while in FY11 it was $18.08 per $1,000.
