Acton Schools Opening Two Hours Late Friday
Students will go to school late after having the previous day off from school.
Thursday's storm is still lingering in Acton.
After school was closed on Thursday in town, there will also be a delayed opening on Friday.
"As a result of yesterday's storm, there will be a 2 hour delay for all schools," said an announcement on the district website. "Please know that all morning Pre-K and Kindergarten classes are cancelled."
The storms has moved out of the area, but clean up continues across the region and overnight rain and sleet led to icy road conditions in the early morning hours around the state.
