DivorceCare

For those affected by the pain and transition of separation and divorce, DivorceCare provides a safe, supportive, and confidential environment to share and understand what they are going through and to take vital steps toward healing. People are welcome at any stage from recent and raw to still healing many years after a divorce is final.

DivorceCare runs as a 13-week sequence of topics relating to divorce. The content is structured as a balance between
seminar and group support. The seminar portion uses a DVD of experts and testimonials that help us through each aspect of divorce. Group discussion reinforces and relates this material to each individual’s situation.

Although each week has a scheduled topic, people are welcome to join DivorceCare at any point. Sessions will be held this fall on Tuesday evenings 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM from Sept 11 through Dec 11 at the Acton Congregational Church, 27 Concord Road and lead by Bob Louton, Rev.
Barbara Aiello, and experienced facilitators. There is a one-time fee of $20 for materials. Checks or cash accepted. Email inquiries to the confidential address divorce@actonc.org. There is additional information at www.divorcecare.org.
