Taping Schedule for High School Quiz Show Set

High School Quiz Show, WGBH’s Emmy-Award winning fast-paced academic game show, announced the taping schedule for the 2012 tournament bracket for the 16 Massachusetts public high school academic teams competing on season three of the show.

Acton-Boxborough will take on Hingham in the first round, and taping is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 26, at 11:15 a.m.

The show will aire Feb. 17, at 6:30 p.m. on WGBH 2.

WGBH’s award-winning academic show is hosted by Billy Costa. All shows are taped in front of a studio audience at WGBH, One Guest Street in Brighton. 

This season will culminate with the inaugural Bay State vs. Granite State Showdown, pitting WGBH’s High School Quiz Show state champion team against New Hampshire Public Television’s Granite State Challenge winner. The Bay State vs. Granite State Showdown will be taped on Monday, Feb. 4 at WGBH.
