What's going on with real estate in Acton?

Where are the homes for sale?  Right now there are only 26 single family homes for sale in Acton, across all price points. In the past year, 239 homes sold in Acton, or approximately 20 per month.  With the threat of interest rates rising, there are many families wanting to move to Acton, and there are families here wanting to move up to their dream home, but afraid to list their current home because there appears to be no where to move, when their house quickly sells.  If you want to talk about your specific situation, call me for a consultation.
