West Acton Citizens’ Library Says THANK YOU

Trustees are grateful for the recent community support of their book sale on June 17.

The Board of Trustees of the is pleased to report a successful book sale on June 17th. We would particularly like to express our appreciation to all who responded to our requests for book donations. Proceeds from these book sales are used to purchase new books, audio books and DVDs, as well as to support library programs such as Tot Time. While we had to cancel our May Spring Fair book sale due to the lack of donations, we received enough books to hold a book sale in conjunction with the opening of the in June.

As we prepare for book sales on July 29 and for , we continue to welcome donations of gently used books. They are gladly accepted any time.  If the library is not open when you drop off your donation, you may put the books in the book bin or leave them on the covered porch.

We are grateful to everyone who takes the time to donate their books to the Citizens’ Library or the Friends of the Acton Libraries. You are providing valuable support to your local libraries and to your fellow citizens who use them.

Sincerely,
West Acton Citizens’ Library Trustees:
Pamela Cochrane
Nancy Lenicheck
Ellen Rowse Spero
