Busy Bees, Farmers Market and More Happenings This Weekend in Acton

1. Bees are very busy creatures. Come read The Beeman by Laurie Krebs and Valeria Cis at 10 a.m. on Aug. 24 at the Discovery Museum and meet a real beekeeper.

You’ll get a chance to touch some real beekeeping equipment, ask
questions and do a fun bee project.

Live bees are not part of this program.

2. The Acton-Boxborough Farmers Market is a producer-only market in its fifth season. It operates every Sunday in 2013 from June 16 through Oct. 20, from 10am–1pm on Pearl Street in West Acton.
