Not only do these guys make the best bagels in Acton, they might make the best bagels in New England. I've been eating bagels my entire life, and I can recall going to the back door of bakeries in Dorchester and Mattapan on Saturday night with my grandfather. Bagels Plus makes bagels like these old Jewish bakeries around Boston---always fresh, often warm from the oven, a little crunch on the outside, doughy and chewy on the inside, and full of flavor. My favorite is the cinnamon/raisin, especially when it's warm. We never had these as kids, but Bagels Plus does a great job. They are filled with plump raisins and are perfectly chewy. Great with peanut butter!

One of the best food service places in Acton. The bagels, as well as the coffee are always fresh. The staff are always prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly to the customers. The owners are commended for their hiring of our high school and college students Additionally the atmosphere with the 'old house' feel reminds me of the Jewish deli's I enjoyed so much years ago in New York City. Great place read the paper, surf the internet, or meet with friends.
