My older daughter had her first school experience here and now my younger daughter is having hers! We plan to send our son as well when he is old enough! With warm environments, experienced teaching staff, enriching curriculum and strong home school communiction, Learn and Play is a wonderful earlychildhood program! It is conviently located on Main street and the schedules are flexible to meet the families needs full time or part time.

Learn and Play is fantastic. My 3 year old adores it and the teachers are phenomenal. I highly recommend it!

This is a unique gem---providing needed childcare for busy working parents while also offering an outstanding preschool curriculum. My husband and I were hard pressed to find a place that balanced both of these needs. We appreciate the flexible hours...this is not just a morning preschool program.

I just left a comment, but I'll say here again that this school is a special place. The cozy environment, quality of teachers and the creative curriculum are impressive. My two children graduated from this school, and I am so lucky they did. Wonderful school, I can't say it enough!

Both our children went to Learn & Play. They are now in 6th and 2nd grade and we gratefully owe their academic and social successes to L&P's amazing teachers and curriculum.

I am very fond of Learn and Play Preschool and our time spent there. We sent both of our children for a total of seven years, and I often miss the wonderful environment we found there. Learn and Play's teachers are amazing, the director is a gem, and both of my children went to kindergarten with confidence and preparedness. I highly recommend this preschool!

My son attended Learn and Play for 2 years and now my other son has recently started in the toddler program. I love the school and the teachers are fantastic. It was a hard transition at first for my baby but I know he is being well taken care of while I work. I feel at peace going to work knowing that my baby will be well taken care of.

My daughter has been at Learn and Play for the past 3 years. I can not say enough great things about this school. I am a kindergarten teacher and a picky Mom. I looked at a bunch of area preschools before landing on this gem! ALL of the teachers are amazing, creative, involved, nurturing, knowledgeable and open to communicating! The Director is incredibly responsive and has always been more than accommodating to help me workout scheduling issues. My daughter is engaged, appropriately challenged and happy to go to school each day. I love the homey, inviting and stimulating classrooms. The playgrounds are terrific and there are always new activities and toys out. Learn and Play is the best!

My son adores this preschool, and so do I. After visiting almost every preschool in Acton we chose Learn and Play for the experience level of its teachers and their low turnover rate. We have been nothing but pleased!

Superb School, very high level of teaching, my daughter looks forward to going to school, she comes out with a huge smile on her face. Her learning has come a lone way in a short space of time thatks to the wonderful teachers there. I was surprised to read the school prospectus and see the level of degrees the teachers have, very impressive staff. 5 stars all the way..

My daughter adores school, what a wonderful place. I have worked with children as a nanny for 20 years and now that I have my own I am very very fussy. This school really enjoys teaching children through play. The staff are wonderful, highly trained and all Mom's. Batchelors degrees in education a minimum, I looked at so many schools for our 4 year old and was so pleased to find Learn and Play Preschool. Perfect, just perfect.. Danielle Fryer

My kids have attended a collective seven years of Learn and Play. My daughter attended three years and my son is on his fourth year. We love it. The classroom is bright and cheerful, with plenty of toys, books, and learning-friendly activities. Teacher turnover is INCREDIBLY low, and we've loved every teacher we've had--they're thoughtful, warm, and dedicated. The schedule is super flexible, which has been great for helping me develop my freelance business and still spend plenty of time with my kids. Both the teachers and the director have always responded immediately whenever I've raised any concerns (which have been few and far between). It's clear that the director has thought through exactly what makes a school work for both kids and parents.

Learn and Play, in Acton, is an amazing preschool. Our twin girls are in the toddler program and we could not be happier with all the activities and great experiences they have enjoyed. They both have made friends and love to share with us what they have done each day at school. They enjoy Imagimotion twice a month and learn all about a specific shape, color and theme each month. A favorite for the whole family is the "What they did for the Week" email sharing the activities they did, books they read, snacks they ate, Circle time songs and pictures of the children enjoying and participating in the activities. Additionally, Learn and Play is a family owned preschool with staff that has worked at the school for many years.

My 3/yo son loves Learn and Play Preschool because he's made lots of friends and enjoys playing with them. He learns cute new songs on a weekly basis, and feels very comfortable interacting with his teachers. Also, he has a nice exposure to homework with the simple, hands-on projects that are sent home for us to do together, i.e. collecting objects that start with a certain letter. We love that there's been zero teacher turnover since we started in the toddler program two years back, and progressed to the preschool program. We have found Learn and Play to be consistently worth sticking with, and highly recommend it.

Learn and Play is a wonderful preschool. My daughter started there before she turned 2, in the Toddler class, and she loved it from day one. She's now 4 and in the Preschool class. We've had such a wonderful experience with the teachers there. They're caring, experienced and have made my daughter's first school experience such a positive one. I definitely recommend it to any Acton area parents who are looking for a high-quality preschool.

My four year old twins are in their third year at Learn and Play Preschool and just love it. It is a small family-like environment providing extended days for those who need it. The teachers organize lots of creative activities for the kids based upon a fun and interactive curriculum. There are lots of opportunities for families to get involved - such as the parents' breakfast and apple picking field trip - and my children have developed some wonderful friendships. I highly recommend Learn and Play to others.
