My company recently purchased a Feeler cnc turret lathe from methods. The sales person had little knowledge of what tool holders were needed to run the machine. The installation and training personel have nothing but negative comments about the company. Finally, we were asked to modify a part on the machine instead of it being replaced by the factory. The machine was delivered 4 weeks ago and it is still not fully functional.
BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT PURCHASING A MACHINE FROM METHODS!
unprofessional, no idea what they are doing, nice people but it is amazing that they have been able to stay in business with the lack of professionalism and ethics that the employees and specifically managers have
