Acton Man Faces Domestic Violence Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Acton Police Department on May 11 regarding a domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a local man. At about 1:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to Jay Lane for a report of a verbal, domestic problem. After officers arrived and completed an investigation, David J Jr. Nerrow, 46, of 1 Jay Lane, was arrested and charged with assault and battery. The arresting officer was Jesse Osterhoudt. Acton Man Faces Assault and Battery Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department.

An Acton Police officer responding to a report of a past domestic issue on Parker Street resulted in the arrest of a local man. The officer was dispatched to 371 Main St. just after 3:30 p.m. on May 10. After an investigation was completed, Brewster MF Bingham, 32, of 16 Parker St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery. The arresting officer was David Joachim. Acton Woman Arrested on Second OUI Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on May 7 resulted in the arrest of a local woman. Just before 4:30 p.m., officers received a report of a motorist who drank three nips while sitting in her car in the CVS parking lot. The vehicle headed east on Route 2A. The responding officer stopped the motorist in the Donelan's parking lot. After an investigation was completed, Christine A. Marshall, 54, of 221 Central St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).

The Music Was Not Loud Enough ... A Burlington man was arrested on May 5 after he allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol and fell asleep behind the wheel of his car in Newton Corner. According to Newton Police reports, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Washington Street and Centre Street for reports of a male party asleep behind the wheel of a red Mercedes. When officers arrived, they found the car stopped at the traffic signal, just before the on-ramp to the Mass Pike. Reports said the driver was asleep behind the wheel with the doors locked and loud music playing. The vehicle was running and in neutral. Acton Woman Arrested on Child Endangerment, OUI Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Acton Police Department on May 3 regarding a woman slumped over resulted in the arrest of that woman. At about 7:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to 33 Prospect St. The Acton Fire Department was also called to scene but services were not needed. After officers completed an investigation, Kelly Michelle Elpers, 41, of 5 Sarah Jane Court, was arrested and charged with: Officers transported one juvenile to an unknown location. The arresting officer was Jesse Osterhoudt.

Marlborough Resident Arrested on License Charge in Acton

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on May 3 resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough man. Just before 6:40 p.m., responding officers pulled over a motorist on 345 Main Street, just north of Route 2. After officers completed an investigation, Milton Esau Divas Ramos, 25, of 160 Broad St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Major Drug Ring Bust Nets Acton Man

All 15 suspects were arrested Thursday morning.

An Acton man and 14 other individuals are facing drug distribution charges in connection with a Boston-area narcotics distribution ring, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The suspects were arrested on the morning of Thursday, May 9 and include: According to a press release, a court-authorized  wiretap was used to listen in on the suspects’ activity over a four-month period. Bourque, who owns a Natick-based shipping firm named DEX, used his company to distribute oxycodone (Percocet) pills to redistributors and drug customers. Bourque allegedly acquired the drugs from several sources and used Yancey, Phillip Goolst, Barry Goolst, McGuire and others to distribute the pills.
