Acton-Boxborough girls head basketball coach, Kim Landry, knew she had a talented team when she began her first season at the helm back in December. A-B returned five seniors along with junior DCL MVP Elizabeth Belanger from a (13-8) 2009-2010 tournament team. After losing, 51-31, to Woburn in the first round of last year's state tournament expectations were high coming into this season. The challenge, as with any team, was finding the team's identity that would separate them from the pack. "We talked so much during the season about the difference between being a good team and being great team", said Landry, a veteran science teacher at A-B and former head coach at St. Bernard's High School in Fitchburg.
