Acton-Based SeaChange Announces Resignation from Board of Directors
Company has no plans to fill Peter Feld's seat.
Peter Feld, a member of the Board of Directors for Acton-based SeaChange International, one the top 250 software companies in the world and a leading global multi-screen video software innovator, recently announced his resignation. Feld's resignation brings the number of directors serving on the SeaChange board to six. In a statement, the company said it does not intend to fill the seat.
