UPDATE: Johnny Rockets To Replace Friendly's - Acton
One greasy chain moves out and another moves in.
According to Acton's Building Commissioner, Frank Ramsbottom, word is Johnny Rockets will be filling the vacant spot where Friendly's used to be on 387 Massachusetts Avenue, Acton. The company that owns the building, Edens, confirmed Johnny Rockets is officially coming to Acton, but there is no official word as to when it will be open. Ramsbottom said a permit was recently filed to work on the construction on the exterior of the building and a permit to remodel the interior is soon to come. I worked for Friendly's at this same location. In Acton it was not easy! A lot of entitled children acting how ever they wanted with parents approval. I wish them luck. Is it something I would consider again absolutely! But I am not 100% sure the body could still handle the fast pace. more ›
