Well, it's 99.9 percent official. Johnny Rockets is coming to Acton. The one percent is the health permit that still needs to be filed. According to Acton's Health Director, Doug Halley, there has been no movement as of yet on the health permit but the building permit was recently granted and construction is underway. In an email from the VP of Brand Marketing/Communications for Johnny Rockets, Cozette Koerber mentioned to Patch a grand-opening later this summer.
