The nationwide search for a "Jane Doe" suspected child pornographer, by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), ended with the arrest of an Okaloosa County, Fla., woman on federal charges for child pornography production. Okaloosa County is just east of Pensacola, Fla. Corine Danielle Motley, 25, was arrested by HSI Pensacola special agents and Northwest Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force members late Wednesday evening, hours after HSI issued a public appeal for assistance to identify "Jane Doe." May 22, 2012: U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton sentenced Chris Allen Oake, 61, of Acton to 64 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. On Feb. 16, 2012, Oake pleaded guilty to transportation, receipt, and possession of child pornography. According to a statement released by United States Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz, Oake was an active member of a private members-only child pornography website and thousands of images of child erotica were discovered in "well-organized folders" on his personal computer. A 59-year-old Acton man pled guilty yesterday to receiving and possessing child pornography.
Chris Allen Oake, 59, of Acton, was convicted in federal court for possession of child pornography, transportation of child pornography and two counts of receipt of child pornography, officials said. Oake pled guilty before U.S. District Judge, Nathaniel M. Gorton, on Thursday, Feb. 15. Oake will be sentenced on May 22 and is facing 20 years in prison for each count of transporting child pornography, along with a lifetime supervised release and a $250,000 fine. Former co-founder of a fitness and education program for children under the age of seven is heading to jail for possession of child pornography.
Acton resident Brad Warner, 33, was sentenced before U.S. District Judge Patti B. Saris to 151 months in prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release on child pornography charges, after pleading guilty on charges of possession of child pornography. Warner was co-founder of HammelFit in Westford, Mass., a fitness program designed for children under the age of seven. According to a press release from U.S. Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz, if the case proceeded to trial, evidence would have shown that Warner was sharing email conversations with Robert John Mueller of Sterling Heights, Mich., about their shared sexual interests in young girls from the ages of three to 10.
