<br> Mr. Dyer works with successful individuals, their families and their businesses. His typical clients are small business owners and c-level executives  whom he helps grow their wealth, protect their wealth and pass their wealth on to the next generation in a both a tax efficient and cost effective manner. His areas of concentration include:  

·Investment manager selection and asset allocation consulting with an emphasis on the use separately managed accounts and alternative/ non-correlated assets classes and managers;

· Diversification and hedging strategies for low cost-basis and concentrated stock positions; ·Portfolio hedging and diversification strategies; ·

Qualified and Executive-Only retirement plan design and implementation.  

Mr. Dyer is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of LPL Financial and has passed FINRA sponsored Series 7, Series 66, 6 and 63 and is registered to conduct securities business in:, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Utah and Vermont.<br> <br> Mr. Dyer previously served on the Board of Directors and was President of Acton Community Access Television and the Acton Lions Club.  He also has served on the Board for the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce.  He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Estate &amp; Business Planning Council of Worcester County.  Mr. Dyer also serves on the Board of the Doli Atamia Camp Scholarship Committee and volunteers his time coaching youth baseball and scouting.   

Mr. Dyer attended Keene State College and the University of New Hampshire.  TJ lives in Acton with his wife Cathie and sons Max and James.  In his spare time he volunteers coaching youth baseball and scouting.  He also enjoys fly fishing and boating.
