Acton Man Arrested on Felony Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A report of a motor vehicle violation on Parker Street on March 21 resulted in the arrest of an Acton man.
At about 4:50 p.m., officers responded to the scene.
After an investigation was completed, Paul Joseph Rigoli, 19, of 46 Parker St., was arrested and charged with:

- Breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony;
- Larceny over $250;
- Receiving stolen property ($250).
A female was also transferred back to the Acton Police Department, but not arrested.
The arresting officer was Dean Keeler.
